I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Welmoed on behalf of the management and house committee. Please note that approval of your residence application is subject to your successful admission to your intended field of study at one of the tertiary institutions in Bloemfontein.

As soon as the selection process has been completed, you will be notified if your application has been successful. If so, an accommodation agreement will be sent to you. Suitable candidates should show that they maintain a healthy balance between participation in sport and cultural activities, while still achieving proper academic results.

By afhandeling van die keuringsaansoek sal u onmiddellik in kennis gestel word waarna die verblyfsooreenkoms aan u gestuur sal word. Geskikte kandidate moet spesifiek aantoon dat hul oor balans beskik tussen die beoefening van sport en kultuur asook goeie akademiese punte.

Acommodation Fees From 1 Jaunary 2017

Fees are payable one month in advance.
The accommodation agreement term will run from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017 and will be renewable for 2018.
The student will thus occupy the unit for 12 months, but payment will be done over 10 months.

Die bedrae is kwartaalliks vooruit betaalbaar. Die termyn van die verblyfsooreenkoms strek vanaf 1 Januarie 2017 tot en met 31 Desember 2017 en is hernubaar vir 2018. Die eenhede word dus vir twaalf maande geokkupeer maar betaling geskied oor tien maande.
